Animals and Feathered Friends

As an artist, I love to paint animals. Their personalities just shine, don’t they? Each furry or feathered face shares a different story. In fact, when I first taught myself to paint, I started by painting one of our family pets. The experience was such a joy that I painted all of our pets for Christmas one year, then moved onto depicting other animals and birds.

Some of these works are my earliest, and some are illustrations. Though many of these pets may no longer be with us, they live on in our spirits through the moment in time that each painting and illustration captures.
